L' appartamento, che si trova al piano terra di un palazzo di quattro piani, è stato ristrutturato recentemente, è arredato in stile moderno ed è dotato di riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata e connessione Wi-Fi. E' composto da una comoda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (cm 160 x 200), tv 32", da un soggiorno con smart tv led 40 e divano letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. Sono forniti phon, asciugamani e lenzuola pulite. La cucina completa, è fornita di tutti gli utensili e gli elettrodomestici necessari: forno, frigorifero, macchina per caffè, ecc. Completa l'appartamento una giardino esterno pavimentato di proprietà, dotato di tavolino, due poltroncine ed un divanetto.
Al vostro arrivo mi troverete all'appartamento per accogliervi. Vi fornirò tutte le informazioni sulla casa, sulla zona, sulla città e sulle mete più belle da raggiungere. Vi lascerò i miei recapiti telefonici contattarmi in caso di necessità.
L’appartamento si trova in una zona ben collegata con il centro storico e con il caratteristico e storico rione di Trastevere. Grazie alla linea del tram n° 8, la cui fermata si trova a pochi passi dall’abitazione, ne viene favorito il raggiungimento in pochi minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le stazioni ferroviarie di Trastevere e Quattro Venti con collegamenti per il Vaticano, per l’aeroporto di Fiumicino ed altri punti della città. La zona è ampiamente servita da supermercati, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia, bancomat e negozi in genere.
