Being located on the Naviglio side, on a semi-pedestrian lane, there's a chilling and relaxing mood and lots of vegetation. All this, together with the architecture and the interiors of the house, its accurate details, its view and its surround, will make this the perfect space where to work, relax, meditate or to do sports.

One of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of the 'old Milano' dedicated to those who enjoy living outdoor, jogging or cycling long the Naviglio canal or having an aperitivo at one of the many cute bars and restaurants with live music bands. This area is also famous for its two historical rowing clubs located in two different gyms very close to the apartment and that also include tennis, football, basket fields, swimming pool and many type of courses. Both gyms are located a few mins walking distance from the house - BUS AND TRAM STATION TO DUOMO 2 mins walk - METRO STATION: ROMOLO, SAN CRISTOFORO 15 mins walk
