IrelandI liked that the team (staff) at Monna Lisa worked well together. They all have wonderful personalities and were professional in every way. Lorenzo who served me at breakfast was such a delight . He was so accommodating and kind and very professional. The breakfast was by far one of the best I have experienced . truly wonderful . The bartender was a joy to hangout with as well, funny and very welcoming. I appreciated that there was a bar at Monna Lisa and so many nice areas to hang and enjoy a spritz or a coffee. I look forward to the finishing of the remodeling so Monna Lisa can shine to its Florentine beauty.
NetherlandsThis cozy hotel in Florence is so quiet even if it is in the city center, at 15 minutes from Piazza della Signoria. It also has an amazing bar, and a wonderful garden. La Limonaia is where we stayed, in the internal court. Make sure you ask for rooms there, because there are some rooms that face the bar so they might be quite noisy instead.
ItalyThis hotel was a hidden gem in the middle of a very busy city. There's a beautiful garden courtyard in the middle of the property with several spots to sit and enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms was small but charming and there was turn down service! The locations is perfect and walkable to everything. Definitely I'll stay again and will recommend!

United States of AmericaWe liked the neighborhood the hotel is located in. It's kind of tucked away in a more residential area with a lot of young people around. The service was really good (the staff were all very nice and friendly) and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed being able to see them from our room and take pictures there too! The entire hotel was very picturesque and charming. The rooms were very clean and bedroom was very comfortable. We slept really well each night after long days being out and about. After coming back each night, we had fresh towels and a made bed. Highly recommend this hotel.
