Property info

The house is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big shared pool open from may to September

Neighborhood info

Our complex is located in Capranica, in the hearth of Tuscia region, along the Via Francigena The house is surrounded by the greenery but is not far from Rome and Viterbo. You should also visit the termal baths in Viterbo, the lakes (Vico, Bracciano, Bolsena) the towns on the coast. The area is full of historical sites to visit (Tarquinia, Cerveteri, Ferento theatre, the amphiteatre in Sutri, the medieval quarter of San Pellegrino, the medieval towns of Tuscania and Civita di Bagnoregio, Villa Lante in Bagnaia, Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola).
