The hostel was very clean and comfortable. Location was amazing - close to the bus/train station and bars/restaurantes. everything is walkable. the staff is very nice. I had the chance to meet the owner, Nadina, and she was amazing. thank you for everything, I’d highly recommend this hostel in your stay in Florence!

The receptionists who attended me were great. Truly gave me good advice on the city's main visit points, best places to eat, and what transportation I needed to take once I checked out. They were also very kind and easygoing, facilities were plentiful of space and clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

Lisa was so welcoming n made me feel so at home. I've traveled a long way n showed up cold n weary. The train was delayed n it was late but she stayed to process my check in, orientate me and made me tea. She gave tips also about places to eat n tours to take.
