Great location, huge room and all the necessary facilities for a great stay. It was so thoughtfully arranged to ensure that you are comfortable, and I loved the spacious terrace for the sunny mornings or sundowns. The staff were exceptional, always responsive and kind. I really appreciated knowing that I was staying somewhere with wonderful people and felt very safe and looked after. In terms of the actual room: the bed is huge and comfortable, the large windows bring in a lot of natural right, it’s on a very quiet street in a perfectly safe part of town so there’s no noise at all, and you are about an 8 minute walk from the Academia gallery, which is then a short distance from everywhere else. I loved coming home to this place every day.

Location is fantastic-close enough for an easy walk to Centro Historico and Oltarno but far enough away for peace and quiet at the end of long days. The unit is also only a 12-min walk to the central train station and nearby numerous bus and tram lines. The property itself was super clean and updated, and there’s a wonderful rooftop deck to share between residents. The staff are terrific as well-super accommodating, helpful, kind, and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Really nice staff. Location of the hotel is also nice, close to (10 minutes walking) a big parking place. You cannot access there with your own car as this is within the area which only allows locals to drive. Room is a little bit small but it’s still fine for a couple of nights.
