Ciao, we are Andrea and Andrea We’ve been friends forever. We even have a marketing business together. We love our city and everything that Rome has to offer. We decided to remodel our apartment and make it available for others to enjoy while visiting this magnificent city.

Property info

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a palazzo of the 1600’s and it’s characterized by its original wood coffered ceilings, exposed original stonework and wooden floors. The apartment has been personally decorated by us. The home has been carefully planned out with the environment in mind and all of the furnishings and design is geared towards respect for the environment and nature. There are small everyday reminders and pieces of advice that you will find throughout the house to help minimize the impact on the environment. The apartment consist of 2 rooms squeezed into 65 sq. metres recommended for 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults The entrance to the apartment has a long hallway that enters the large living room with a sofabed (140X200), dining area and an open kitchen which is fully equipped with large refrigirator, oven, dishwasher and all utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, very large closets and a full bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Unlike most other apartments in the historical center of Rome, the apartment faces a delightful little piazza so it gets great light all day long.

Neighborhood info

This cozy home is located in the historical center of Roma, strategically positioned just around the corner from the magical Via Giulia and only a 4/5 minutes walk from Piazza Campo de’Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona and St. Peter’s Basilica. In front of our building and few minutes walking from, you can have the historical neigborhood of Trastevere. Every main attractions is reachable by foot; the farest is Colosseum but you could reach it in 25/30 minutes walking or taking a bus from the bus stop close to the flat (100mt); You could have nearby many bus going wherever you want to visit. The neighborhood is very quite and you can have in the little square in front, caffè, restaurants and a market opens everyday.
