The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a full-size bed. In the living room, you will find a comfortable double sofa bed and an extendable table. One of the rooms has a study corner, ideal for those who need to work in peace. The kitchen, in addition to being equipped with a capacious washing machine, has access to a balcony perfect for outdoor breakfasts or dinners. For coffee lovers, both a moka and a capsule machine, both from the Bialetti brand, are available.
Despite the central location of the building, such does not have an elevator, and access to the apartment on the fifth floor is only possible on foot. Services of any kind are not provided except for the few coffee capsules or tea bags. As in compliance with the law on room rentals we do not have permission as we are neither a hotel nor a B&B.
