GermanyStaff staff staff! Nadia at the reception is one of the best i have met throughout my travels and is definitely a reason to lift NH ratings. She is super and goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable and happy. I had some complications to sort out and Nadia was amazing in helping. Valentina was also very nice and supportive and very professional. Thank you both! Location of the hotel is also very good and facilities are very clean with comfortable bed and linen. Check in/out were efficient fast and easy
United Arab EmiratesGood location, right in the middle of the waterfront. Lots of really good restaurants right there! The hotel is well maintained and very clean, rooms are ample, our suite was very large with a large covered and enclosed balcony. The old town is across the way, close by and you can easily walk to the fort and park. Past the park is a really commercial promenade, with the entire beach area privatized and divided up into small private beach areas (pay to enter). Savona needs some TLC. A beautiful city, hidden underneath a rough exterior. Animal owners need to clean up after pets (A LOT. EVERY WHERE and a terrible shame because the city has a lot to offer).
