This is a self-checkin apartment. The host was awesome at providing all the necessary information that was needed to easily access the home. The apartment is in an excellent location in the old part of Perugia and is incredibly well appointed. The home is well kept, quiet, large, and has an incredibly comfortable bed as well as two bathrooms.

The apartment was quiet yet in the center of town. It was immaculately clean, very new, and recently renovated with ample space to lounge with your group and to retest in your rooms. You feel refreshed coming home here after a long day walking the streets and hills of Perugia. There is a great view and fabulous breezes when windows are open. But also the A/C is strong if needed. Nicola is very responsive very what's app and ready to communicate with. There are nice little touches such as cold water, coffee pods for the expresso machine and a few "baci" waiting for you.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable apartment. Nikola was very warm and welcoming, and super responsive. Couldn't ask for a better host. The apartment is very new and clean. The beds are very comfortable and there's TONS of storage space - wish we could stay long enough to use it all! ;) The kitchen was nice to have, just be prepared to bring your own salt, oil, and any other kitchen basics.

An exclusive location, in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, one step away from the major tourist attractions. 80 sqm with design finishes and furnishings, consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms plus laundry, a living area with LED TV sofa and equipped kitchen. With particular attention to detail, the suite offers an atmosphere of total relaxation and visual well-being. In fact, despite being on the main street (corso Vannucci), you can enjoy unique views of the city of Perugia.
