Struttura unica inserita in una cornice storica delle mura romane, vicinissima al Colosseo e alla Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano e al centro di Roma, l'appartamento vanta di una vista unica. Con ingresso indipendente e in un punto silenzioso e privato immediatamente dietro le mura di San Giovanni. Con una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina e l'arredo vintage consente un soggiorno unico nella città eterna! Dotata di asciugacapelli, lavatrice, TV al plasma, aria condizionata, un comodo tavolo per cene e lavoro. Ha un grande cortile dove è possibile rilassarsi e godersi le proprie giornate. Vicina a supermercati, farmacie e ristoranti e una delle vie dei negozi di Roma la Via Appia. Subito accanto il pub Ninkasi è sempre pronto per poter offrire cene e aperitivi. Informazioni aggiuntive: - Il check in si effettua in presenza e in presenza dei proprietari le verranno consegnate le chiavi. è obbligatorio mostrare i propri documenti al momento del check in. -Il check in è dalle 15.00 alle 20.00 mentre il check out è dalle ore 10.00 -I check in e i check out fuori orario è applicabile una sovrattassa del costo di 5 euro l'ora. -Per il deposito bagagli il costo è di 5 euro.

San Giovanni area, rich in history and modernity. The center can be reached with the metro A and with it in 10 minutes you can comfortably reach San Pietro, in 5-3 minutes you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Termini, Piazza del Popolo. In 15 minutes on foot you can comfortably reach the Colosseum, in 20 you can reach the area of Circo Massimo and Bocca della verità. Close to the Via Appia with many shops for shopping and entertainment, close to restaurants and places of interest such as: the Appia Antica park and the Basilica of San Giovanni. Also useful for those who study or work, since from Piazza Santa Croce in Gerusalemme (5 minutes on foot) you can reach the tram line, and with the number 3 you can comfortably reach the Policlinico Gemelli and the Sapienza University of Rome
