Check-in instructions were clear and communication with the host was great (any questions we had were answered in a timely manner). The host was also kind enough to leave us warm focaccia upon arrival and allowed us to store our luggage on the day of departure prior to catching our train! The kitchen had all the basic utensils required to cook our dinners and great natural lighting. The apartment is in a central location within easy walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores etc. and De Ferrari metro station.

We were fortunate enough to already visit this awesome city a couple of times. But let me tell you, this time it was specially great, because of this apartment. You are in the center, yet it is really quiet (even during Capodanno)! The host is suuuuper nice, helpful all in all a really great person :). You have to stay here if you visit Genua, want to be in the center, have a lovely host and an awesome looking apartment.

The apartment is prosperous, light, have comfy beds and pillows. That was pleasant to find sugar/salt/oil etc., we could use to cook. there where also some games, children liked to explore them. The process of checking in and out are extremely nice. thank you!

Our lovely apartment was right in the middle of the old town so all the major attractions were in easy walking distance, as were a lot of shops, cafes, bars, etc so we could experience and appreciate the atmosphere of Genoa. The apartment was in a grand old building but was very modern and spacious. It was accessed by a lot of stairs (good exercise) but also a reliable lift. Although our windows only looked out over the backs of buildings we appreciated the ventilation the balconies provided. The apartment was nicely furnished with original artworks and plants and we felt that it was very good value for money. We had everything that we needed to either cook for ourselves or just relax with hot drinks. We particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods and bottles of water. Although we didn't meet Valentina we felt that she was there if we needed her and she did offer to suggest places to visit if we wanted her to.
