Apartment is spacious and 5 people were feeling comfortable and had enough space. Apartment has high ceilings, beautiful big Murano glass lamp in the living room, air conditioning in every room, fully equipped kitchen, castle staircase, secret room with 2 beds, which our kids enjoyed a lot! Location is very good and convenient, area is quiet at night and not crowded at day time. The host is very friendly and helpful!

Really nice host with fast and accurate communication and a lovely place. We stayed for 5 days and found the location to be perfect, near the university, which gave it a normal feel unlike some of the central parts of the city. Also, the main bus/ferry/train terminal can be reached in 5 min by foot in one direction and supermarket and cafes 2 min the other way. Truely recommended!

Great location within 15 minutes walk from the main station and out of the main tourist area, which worked well for us. This is near the university so you do hear some people at night but nothing obtrusive. Everything was easily accessible with a supermarket and a number of bars/restaurants within a 3 minute walk in Santa Margarita Square and a cafe for the morning coffee just outside the front door. Getting into central Venice is walkable within 30 minutes or via Vaporetto from the bus or train station. The apartment was a great size for a family of 5, all proper beds in 3 good sized bedrooms plus a sitting/dining room and 2 toilets. KItchen is quite well equipped though a little tired in areas but all functional. All in all a comfortable, homely place to stay.
