Extremely clean, well stocked with essentials, and quiet except for a brief moment in the morning when the street vendors roll out the carts. We loved having breakfast and talking with the owner and staff - such a fun part of our day.

United States of AmericaPerfect location! Close to everything & shops&restaurants. Staff was incredible and so nice. Breakfast at the property was the best we’ve had at any place so far in Italy! They also allowed us to leave our luggage in the morning before check in was available, so we could go and enjoy our first day in Florence!
United States of AmericaThe location was PERFECT! Close to the train station, restaurants and center of tahe historic district. Our room was comfortable and of a reasonable size. The bed was very comfortable, with extra blankets for chilly nights. The bathroom was very clean and towels could be refreshed daily or hung to dry to conserve water. Breakfast was "continental" and plenty to get us through to lunch at 1:00pm-ish. Windows are definitely a soundproofing type...we could hear only a little of the street noise below. Someone is at the front desk 24 hours a day. The owner greeted and served us at breakfast each morning. She was also very helpful with our questions.
United States of AmericaReally quiet single room on the top floor overlooking an inner courtyard. Spotlessly clean, modern bathroom with toiletries and fluffy white towels. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and good drainage. Strong wifi. Bright breakfast room, with free, simple breakfast including excellent coffee. Dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants on the same street. 5 mins walk to the railway station and tram to the airport. 5 mins walk to the Central Market with lots of local eats and products. 5 mins walk to the Duomo. Very hospitable staff.
