I completely renovated it at the beginning of 2025, taking care to respect our planet: I used natural materials, I chose wind and solar energy. You will have, included in the booking price, high-speed wifi internet connection, cleaning at the end of your stay, 3 towels each, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, detergents, sheets, duvets, memory foam pillows, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Smoking or using e-cigarettes is not permitted: smoke and gas detectors are installed.

I try to offer the best to make the experience in the apartment unforgettable, providing it with the best services and all the essentials, offering information and suggestions on the city, everything that the surroundings offer: I am very greedy and very demanding (I am a thin boy, 62 years old and only 120 kg:-)), I am convinced that it is not necessary to pay a fortune to eat well, so I suggest restaurants, cafes - pastry shops and ice cream parlors that I frequent, and I update my list based on my experience and not on other people's reviews. Rome is full of wonderful and unmissable sites but I also suggest others that are not normally found in tourist guides. I love being a host, the greatest satisfaction for me is receiving good feedback from my guests, making them feel confident that they are always available to them for everything like a true friend does, a person who takes care of them. Every guest must ask me all the questions and ask me all the possible suggestions, I want those who choose my apartment to visit Rome to be sure that I will do my best to make them anxious to arrive just having to enjoy the city without any worries. Il nostro è un quartiere residenziale, non rumoroso e molto sicuro, vicino al Vaticano troverai negozi, supermercati e altri servizi utili per la vita di tutti i giorni: il mio slogan è "poca spesa - tanta resa". Sarò sempre a tua disposizione per un consiglio od un'informazione. A 170 metri da casa, la stazione Baldo degli Ubaldi della metropolitana linea A, è un punto di partenza strategico per visitare le principali attrazioni turistiche di Roma, raggiungibili in poco tempo anche con il servizio di autobus che si fermano a 200 metri da casa. Da qui, puoi raggiungere la Basilica di San Pietro in 18 minuti, i Musei Vaticani e la Cappella Sistina in 12 minuti, esplorare il Gianicolo per ammirare il Fontanone e il panorama, o passeggiare tra i Giardini Vaticani. Vicino a casa ci sono molti ristoranti, supermercati e negozi di alimentari, anche con prodotti senza glutine. Ad esempio, a 60 metri c'è una delle più famose macellerie di Roma, nel supermercato Crai (100 metri) un panettiere che sforna, ogni mezz'ora, una pizza eccellente. In Via Baldo degli Ubaldi (a 100 metri), ci sono un negozio di prodotti tipici campani, con arrivo giornaliero di mozzarella di bufala da Battipaglia ed uno di prodotti siciliani. Uscendo a destra si trova il bellissimo parco "Giovanni Paolo I" pulitissimo, con un'area per i cani e giochi per i bambini, collegato al famoso parco di Villa Veschi. Proseguendo sulla via trovi la mitica pasticceria Poggio, il regno del peccato di gola!
