Simone, our host was most gracious and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The focus of this portion of our European trip was to visit the Vatican and our location was ideal.

It’s close to everything. It’s just a 10-min walk to the Vatican. The only time we rode the cab was when we came from the airport. Simone was there to meet us. There’s a train station just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants where you can eat, too. Never lacking for anything

We had great breakfast every morning and the room was perfect for the two of us. Location is great: a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and around the corner is a metro station. We would totally recommend staying here.

Also fresh croissants (your choice of filling) delivered each AM from a local bakery! Room and bath were modern and clean. Staff is absolutely outstanding! So helpful; so thoughtful.   • I am looking to make a reservation for 7 people in late November. One of our group uses a wheelchair. Is it possible to access a room without stairs? We do NOT need a handicap bath. Mike
    Dear Mike, we are at the top floor, the fourth and there is an elevator. Anyway I think an open wheelchair doesn't fit in the elevator, the elevator door is large 55 cm. Best Regards. Annette e Simone

Old Kitchen is completely projected by us, Annette and Simone. We designed the mebles and we did them with our hands, in an artigianal mood. The spaces of the common areas are very large and imanìgined to make your stay more relaxing. In the kitchen you can spend your time planning your day in a very comfortable way.
We are in the tourism business from many years. We take very seriously our job, but at first we know you need a warm welcome in a place we want you feel home.
The area around the Vatican city very dynamic. Full of good restaurants and good streets for shopping, Prati is still a typical part of Rome where still romans live.
