The location and views were incredible! 7 large windows looking out in the grand canal. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Ernst was awesome to work with. He ensured everything was ready upon our arrival, answered our questions, and was just great to work with.

Nice flat in a historical "palazzo", which gives you a good flavor of the venitian life. The dining room is probably the best room, full of light thanks to the large windows on Canal Grande. Some interesting antiques and paintings are spread in the flat, which adds to the atmosphere. Excellent location close to San Toma station, next to the house of the great Carlo Goldoni, 10 minutes walk from Rialto and 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco. And do not miss the visit of the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, 5 minutes walk, it is an amazing place! For food lovers, the restaurant "La Patatina", 4 minutes walk from the house, is a good address...

Old appartment with character overlooking the Grand Canal in the heart of Venice. Perfect location, great view. Plenty of room for 2+2+1: two large bedrooms and a small one (for one person), nice dining room overlooking the Grand Canal - terrific for breakfast, leave loving room. Next to the gondola canal crossing, great restaurants within walking distance. Just loved it.
