Everything! This is a family run hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, shops restaurants and cafes are very close by, and the train station is only 10 minutes away. I can't fault it, and for what I paid, I got a very good deal. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Genoa.

Comfortable room, nice personnel, good WiFi, I didn’t have any problem. I would recommend this hotel to the other guests. Big advantage is the location - hotel is very close to the old town and is well communicated with buses if somebody wants to get faster for example to the harbour.

Staff was extremely friendly, and although our Italian was a little rusty, they were able to inform us of things to do in a mix of English, French and Italian. The room was nice: high ceiling, comfortable bed, spacious. The shower was slightly old and took some time to warm up, but once it did, was very hot. We didn't try the breakfast, as the hotel is conveniently located on the via XX Settembre (a busy main street, but not so busy to keep you awake at night) - plenty of cafes in the area.
