From the living room you can access to the outdoor patio garden equipped with tables, chairs and parasol, ideal to dine outside and relax under the lemon tree. ALL INCLUSIVE Free WI-FI, Sat TV, air con, bed linen, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. LOCATION Location is ideal to combine Rome with Ostia's beach breaks, away from the bustling city. The strategic location allows visitors to easily reach the metro railway station (15 min. walk) and be in Rome City Centre in 30 minutes. TOURIST INFO We have plenty of tourist information with local maps and brochures with all transport and services available and getting around.

Car parking is available just outside on public road. We are 10 mins walk from the main village of Ostia Antica and the famous archaeological roman ruins. The beach of Ostia Lido is 4 km drive and can be reached by bus in 20 mins or by train. Fiumicino International Airport is also 4km drive. Fiera Roma (Trade Fair Centre) is 15km drive. Our location is ideal to combine Rome with Ostia's beach breaks, away from the bustling city. The strategic location allows visitors to easily reach the metro railway station (15 min. walk) and be in Rome City Centre in 30 mins. Ostia's great escapes and attractions include the famous Archaeological Park of Ostia Antica, a site comparable to Pompeii. It is one of the largest archeological sites of Ancient Rome. Also, the picturesque Medieval town or Borgo with the castle of Julius II and the church of St. Aurea. Ostia is a great spot for families and kids; sunbathe and relax on sandy beaches and enjoy Zoomarine water park.
