The location of of the B&B is perfect. The entire place, and our room were tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming. The hosts - Max and Silvia - polite and cordial.

He greeted us really well, gave a full tour of the Venice city on the map and told us about all the important touristy points. The rooms were well-maintained and cleaned. WiFi was super-fast with 80+ MBPS download speed. Breakfast was decent and really presentable. I would recommend this property 10/10.

Max is one of the best host if not the best that has received us. Max’s recommendations related to how to get out of the ordinary in a visit to Venice without leaving aside the highlights was the best, Max gives you the best recommendations in terms of restaurants and best places to have a good wine. You feel at home; the best breakfast! Highly recommended! The design of the house and the rooms are remarkable! In Venice it will continue to be our place!!
