Great location, 10 minutes from train station and close to city centre and all the historic sites and shopping. Lovely breakfast, served by really friendly staff. Reception team were really helpful. The best bit about this hotel is the tower. An amazing view over the city, best to go up at dusk it's truly magical.

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English (a relief because our Italian is limited). Great breakfast with a good choice of food. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location; the hotel even has its own tower from which to see the city!

What a wonderful location to stay in Florence - can't say enough about the staff, the breakfast, and not to mention the incredible views from the hotels Tower!! The beds were very comfortable, and also I do have to mention the shower pressure- always a plus when there's good water pressure.
