I almost don’t want to tell anybody, but the tower of this hotel has the most spectacular views of Florence I have ever seen. Also, our room was incredible, it was a suite - with a living room bathroom and huge balcony. I only wish we would have stayed more than 1 night.

United States of AmericaI loved the feeling of the building, tower, breakfast room and shared rooms. The breakfast was specially good. The pastries, cold cuts, fruits, eggs, bread were perfect. The best breakfast we had in our trip. Loved the terrace, even though it rained the staff was excellent and provided wonderful service. The front desk staff was really good as well. We asked them to print our train tickets and they were most helpful.
United States of AmericaPerfect location just off the main strip, so it offered nice privacy while still being right in the thick of downtown. Our room was cozy, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and homemade! Make sure to check out the view from their private tower. We couldn't have been more happy with our stay and will definitely book here again in the future.

There was something for everyone fresh pastries, fresh eggs, quiche, brie, ham, provolone cheese, fresh olives, delicious coffee, cappuccino, cereals, 4 kinds of juice. the staff was so lovely and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed.
