Staff was great and very accommodating with restaurant bookings etc. Walking distance to everything. Our room looked out into the piazza which was really nice. Overall, we really enjoyed this place.
United States of AmericaWe had our family of six stay here and the place was perfect for us, right in the heart of the lovely (and underrated) Parma. Honestly, I can’t imagine a better location, right across from the duomo in the centro storico. The 3 bedroom apartment was massive, with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable, there’s a lovely stairwell leading up to the third floor, covered with gorgeous flowers and vines that make for such a lovely view. There’s also a glass elevator so you can skip the stairs altogether. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They found us lots of places to eat and their recommendations were spot-on. This is a fantastic place to stay, right in the middle of a very cool city, and was a great value. Loved it!
