The location and facilities were delightful. There are not screens on the full doors to the canal, and we did have some mosquitos. After the first night, we discovered the plug in mosquito repellent provided by the hosts, and that did seem to make a difference. Lovely location, easy to find, very safe feeling, and quiet in the evenings.

Great location, easy access to the main attractions. A bit hidden in a small street, so it was very quiet. Small but cute room, super fine for a solo travel (and exactly like in the pictures, so you get what you see). Easy check-in and check-out.

Experience the MAGNIFICENT CANAL VIEW from the balconies of a LUXURY Hotel-like Apartment in the centre of Venice! We are happy to offer Spacious, private rooms with large En-Suite Bathrooms, and all amenities: WiFi, TV, towels, soaps, hairdryer... etc, and the use of the large hall area with a Coffee Machine! Nicely positioned in between SAN MARCO and RIALTO, giving you access to thee most centralised location possible! Come and watch the gondolas pass by under your windows from your private venetian chambers. This Palazzo was erected by the famous “DaPonte" family, of whom was Nicolò Da Ponte the Doge (King) of Venice, 87th Doge of Venice from 1578 to 1585. Here you will stay in a renovated piece of history, in a “Kings Palace” so to speak.

We are placed perfectly in between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Right next to hotel Reali (a hotel which has a rooftop SPA service, you are welcome try) and in between local and tourist places, shops and restaurants all in thee most central position between San Marco and Rialto.
