We had a lovely one-bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the rooftops of Florence and Baptistery. The flat had everything we needed for a three-night stay. And the location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. And finally, each member of the staff was warm and helpful. We especially liked Antonio. He was particularly helpful on our last day. We look forward to our next stay.

“Perfect location with a fairy tale view!”

The kitchen was a great help but only 2 hotplates were working and this wasn't clear and tricky to sort out. Once sorted it all worked well. There were no kitchen cloths or towels making it difficult to clean up spills. The main bed was very firm and a mattress topper would have made a huge difference.
It's always tricky arriving by car in a pedestrian zone but the delightful lady on reception went above and beyond the call of duty to help sort us out. Nothing was too much trouble as she walked out into the pedestrian mall and guided us to the front of the hotel! The room was gorgeous with a huge lounge room, kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus for our family of four. We looked out of the lounge room window to the stunning dome of the cathedral - it was a priceless view and location

Only slight negative was that the bed wasn’t comfortable for me. But kids and husband fine with the beds. And I’d gladly sleep in the beds again for the location, ease and friendly staff.

We liked eveything ! It should be noted that only the top apartment ha a balcony, as on the publicity photo.
The location, 20 metres from the Duomo, was exceptional - as was the unbelievable view. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with good cooking facilities. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Staff is amazing. Dino, Antonio and Sarah. Always ready to help you. We arrived by car, and Dino guide us very well, we could by just in front of the hotel door. The communication via email was very good. Very fast with the responses. Location of the hotel can not be better in Florence.
