very friendly staff tremendous room great breakfast
CanadaScenographic location in a wonderful historical palace in the center of Genova. The breakfast room is located on the last floor (5th) with a superb view of Genova's roofs. The breakfast was very good with fresh food and plenty of different products.
SwitzerlandThe hotel is in a relatively small former palace that was tastefully rescued from ruin. The location was perfect for seeing the cultural sites in the historic center--we saw no meaningful alternative with the combination of location and comfort. The bed was unusually comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern. The staff at the desk were great. The breakfast area was tastefully modern and the food was ample and delicious. Our complaints (below) were very minor.

United States of AmericaI’ve really liked this hotel. Everything about it was comfortable. The square outside the hotel is a great place to grab a bite or a drink. My only reservation would be to say that it’s a bit complicated to reach if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise it’s great.
