Historical building in a perfect location. Beautiful modernisation, silent rooms and nice breakfast. Stuff was very helpful (thanks francesca).

The staff were superb - particularly Francesca and Veronica. So gracious, charming, welcoming, and helpful in every way, from restaurant recommendations and reservations, to helpful hints on what to see, from calling a taxi, and helping with luggage, and even helping my husband when his I-pad converted to Italian and he couldn't figure out how to convert back to English. Just a wonderful beautiful place with wonderful staff.
