We had amazing stay at Palazzo Salopolis. Myself and my boyfriend stayed in one of the apartments and we had the whole place to ourselves. The apartment itself was beautiful, all the amenities you need, very clean and the location was very central. Scott was a fantastic host and very helpful if we had any questions. Perfect place to base yourself if you're staying in Gallipoli and also fantastic value for money.

The breakfast was a kind of buffet with all sort of healthy varieties as well as sweet pastry.The owners were there to serve guests with deluxe café and were kind and social. Although in the center of old Gallipoli there was not any noice to keep you awake during the night. The premises were beatiful, it was like living in an art museum, every single detail was so beautiful and artistic, there was a joy for the senses everywhere you looked. We will definately stay there if we travel to Gallipoli again.

Salamastra is a concept store featuring locally designed products inspired by the seaside locale of Gallipoli, Italy.  Founded in 2000, we produce clothing, jewelry, home decor, luminaries, mosaics, majolica and custom linens.  We design a collection of ballerinas, summer sandals, handbags and luggage made from real python, lizard, ostrich & other exotics, many of which are now available online in our eStore [www.salamastra.com].  We also create some of the finest vacation residences "Designed by Salamastra" in the heart of the old city for both sale and/or rental.

OWNER OPERATED - Located in Gallipoli’s historic old city, just 200 meters from the beach, Palazzo Salapolis offers fully furnished apartments for families or groups of up to 5 people. Established in 2012 by Salamastra from a structure originally built in the 1600’s, Salapolis contains the best of both worlds. The apartments have been completely renovated with all new facilities including new kitchen/dining areas, new bathrooms, air conditioning, flat screen TVs and free WiFi. All while maintaining historic appointments such as original Palladian flooring and wall treatments. Each Apartment has been decorated by Salamastra with their signature style that has been recognized in numerous publications such as AD, Viaggio Puglia, Dov’è, and Elle Italia. Our new management offers daily onsite housekeeping, new common area furnishings, daily included breakfast in our portico or on one of our rooftop terraces, and improved WiFi service. Palazzo Salapolis welcomes you to book a stay with us!
