Spacious, clean and comfortable. It is a very nice apartment, located close to Piazalle Roma where you can easily find transport. It is a very good choice if you want to stay at the entrance of Venice.

It’s a really rare find in Venice - new clean apartment, 15 min from San Marco, all the needed amenities in great condition (washing machine, dishwasher, air condition). Very nice hosts. that was my fifth visit to Venice and this place is not comparable to any other hotel/apartment I stayed before.

GermanyThe apartment is safe and quiet even though it is conveniently on the ground floor, and between a street and a canal. It was clean and welcoming. Our host let us in easily, and included a bottle of prosecco as a gift! Even though we accidentally locked our keys in the room almost immediately, our host rescued us within half an hour. The apartment was spacious and wonderful. The TV was a smart TV which was nice.
