Everything - It was situated in centre of Venice, we were made to feel at home and could come and go as we pleased....The staff were friendly, helpful, and it felt like we were part of a family rather then a hotel. There was a variety of items for breakfast, including cereals, yoghurts etc. The room was cleaned every day and you could leave your Crown Jewels in the room and they would not get touched!! I loved this property and everything about it!! Can not wait to return

amazing central location just near Rialto Bridge ( building in at left side of photo) , private water taxi dock (and public ferry wharf) directly in front of palazzo , welcoming atmosphere - very friendly staff at reception (Alice) with quick turnaround time for questions, clean modern bathroom, comfortable beds and interesting architecture - floor of the room actually slopes about 5 degrees ( very quirky!) . Would suggest taking simple breakfast option ( we didn’t but would have saved time to have quick cereal before heading out as most cafes only served takeaway pastries at that time of day).

Very good location , Just 100 meters from Rialto Bridge. Room is big, but very cold. Even on maximum level heating still was hot and in addition there was smell from toilet (it's all about limit of heating in room provided by hotel). I shouldnt feel cold even on maximum level... . There is also huge break of the ceiling, made me feel like im falling on the middle of the ceil in room. Its 10 cm diffrence so i felt kind of unsecure, Brekfast with few options to choose, nothing great. Nice place and great for short - stays when time is importnat.
