Beautiful modern apartment located on the first floor of a building of only two units with a parking space in front of the house. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, kitchen and terrace and bathroom with shower. Going up the spiral stairs you enter the double bedroom with a bathroom and a spacious terrace. The house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
