Helped us book a water taxi and make dinner reservations, also helped by steering us clear of a restaurant that pretends to be authentic but is not. Breakfast was decent. ChinaLoved this hotel! It is small but perfectly situated near all the major sights. The front desk (Michele) was amazing in helping us before arrival arranging for private water taxi transportation. Our rooms overlooked the lagoon and were very clean and well-appointed (including recently remodeled bathrooms with BIG shower by Italy standards). The restaurant is also very good! We didn't mind the absence of an elevator but that may be something to consider.
United States of AmericaBeautifully located in front of the Venice lagoon where the grand canal joins it. You cross two bridges and you are in San Marco square. Staff was really good. Situated in front of the San Zaccaria dock or jetty from where you can go to any part of the Venice using water taxis.
PakistanThe evening dinner was delightful, loved the local fish dishes. I enjoyed people watching the sightseers from our hotel windows and the restaurant. Staff at the desk were very friendly and the location was perfect for our touring the sites of beautiful Venice.

United KingdomFabulous location right at the S. Zacaria Vaporetto stop. The rooms were compact and gracious. The staff looked after us like we were family. When late for breakfast, they insisted on providing cappuccino and croissants for us. So close to St Mark's, along the promenade on the lagoon. Being close to the vaporetto, we did not have to drag our luggage through twisting streets and over bridges - we were within steps of the door. This is the best place to stay! No elevator but they had young men bring up our luggage for us. The Chef is dedicated to the slow food movement so dinners were delicious.
