Perla Marina is a charming and welcoming apartment in an elegant new building, located in the Lido area of ​​Alghero, a stone's throw from the sea, just 200 meters from the beaches. This small penthouse attic is located on the third and top floor of a modern building, equipped with a private lift, and has an entrance hall with living room and kitchen, a large double bedroom, a bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
Furnished in a modern style, the apartment consists of a living room with flat-screen Smart TV, sofa, dining table, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with all comforts including hob, oven, fridge, small dishwasher, coffee coffee maker, toaster. The two bedrooms are complete with air conditioning, wardrobes and chests of drawers, and for added convenience, the property provides the sheets included in the price and 1 kit towels (small medium Large) 10 euro /person. Outside we find a beautiful and spacious veranda overlooking the main street, an ideal place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. The bathroom is complete with shower and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi connection.
The beaches of the Lido are just 200 meters away and can be easily reached on foot in just 3 minutes. In the immediate vicinity we can find any type of service such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, night clubs, supermarkets, pharmacies and tobacconists, and a bus stop.
