Excellent location very near the bus station. Very spacious apartment suitable for a family of four in a very secluded spot within a gated courtyard. Our host Luca was very flexible with check in time and extremely attentive when needed.

It's good value for money, especially for its location, the number of guests that it can comfortably accommodate and for how friendly the host is. If you're traveling with you family, I'd recommend you consider this option.

Communication with the owner was easy, taking keys also. Location couldn't be more convenient: we had parking in San Marco ( cheapest-26€ per day) and then you get to the apartment in 3 minutes. Excellent position for starting walk through city center or to take a boat (vaporetto-7,5€ per person) for grand canal tour. Supermarket Coop is really near. Apartment is super equipped, comfortable and nice. And super clean. Air conditioners work perfectly. It's pet friendly, for 2 dogs we didn't pay nothing additional. Every recommendation!!!

The location is very good. The beds were nice. (I prefer a bit higher/thicker pillows, but it's not important.) Mostly everything was good... The price is good for a place like this. Especially compared to some other appartments. I felt we were lucky. Radio Frechia was also a nice surprise :)

Location - 5 minutes to airport shuttles or train station. Yeah, it seems that you spend 30 minutes to walk to San Marco, but when you are with luggage, it's better to stay here. Supermarket is near the house, also Cannaregio in 10 minutes with all restaurants. Rooms are comfortable, but there is cold floor - keep in mind.
