everything was perfect the reception guy Mr Momdo I hope I spell his name correctly was amazing help me with my luggage help me with information about the city and pick for us very nice restaurants and make our stay unforgettable thank you for everything and definitely I will recommend the place for anyone want to go to Florence
Saudi ArabiaNandu was extremely helpful, even before we arrive until the morning we departed. They all made sure we were comfortable. Gave us directions, tips, ordered taxi, opened the breakfast early the date of our departure, so we could get a bite to eat before leaving the hotel.
PanamaThe hotel is lovey! The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip and Nandu was very accommodating. The location is perfect for walking about and a lovely street to stay on.

The included breakfast was great with coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt, etc. The location was good. walkable to pretty much all the attractions. Nandu was great and helped us with all our needs such as showing us on the map how to get places, calling us a taxi for a family wedding and helping me out when I lost my wallet. great place to stay in Florence that’s clean and has breakfast, nothing fancy but comfortable.

The air con in the room was a wonderful addition with the unprecidented summer heat. Breakfast was also a nice spread and gave us plenty of fuel for the day. If coming with a car, this is a great spot - a secure garage is an easy walk away. I will stay here again!

United KingdomWe had asked for 2 pillows, and they were ready. Breakfast was adequate. The host was extremely helpful to answer questions about how to get around in Florence. He was kind to let us use his phone to call the airline, since our luggage hasn't been delivered. We especially appreciated him phoning us to tell us we left our passport and holder in the room. Gratefully, we had time to quickly return and get it before our train left. He was very special.
