Property info

The apartment is on the FIRST floor of a real historical building without elevatora and is very close to the metro station "Cavour" (about 2 min walking). The Space is ideal for couple, small group of friend and family. It is formed by: --> Large Living room with table and corner with a comfortable sofa-bed for extra guests --> Kitchen fully equipped, with microwave and coffe machine --> Bathroom with towels and soaps --> Big bedroom with a comfortable bed with new mattress, cleaned sheet and cover We tried to create a space for the guest with a POP concept, colorful and nice for an amazing stay in our beautiful city

Neighborhood info

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, the first district of the city as well as famous "District of the Artists". The district is characterized by the presence of numerous buotique and places to eat, but in the night is one of the most important area for the nightlife, with a lot of pubs and bars and local young people going there for a drink "in Piazzetta" or listen to jazz music in some clubs. The ivy that occupies the facades of the apartments is also very characteristic. From the apartment you can walk to many places of historical and artistic interest such as the Colosseum (5 min walk), Trevi Fountain , Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso (15 min walk)
