The result of intense research and meticulous design studied in detail step by step, we are pleased to present you "Pop Luxury Experience". Pop Luxury is a finely renovated 38 sq. M. Studio apartment consisting of a living / sleeping area, a semi-habitable kitchen and a bathroom, located in the immediate vicinity of the San Siro stadium. The location is particularly suitable for business customers, couples and single travelers. AMONG THE SERVICES OFFERED FOR YOU: -WI-FI internet connection with Ultrafast fiber up to 1 Gigabit / s -2 Televisions: Smart TV 65 '' ultra hd 4k associated with Dolby Sorround and Smart TV 32 '', both with vision of Amazon Prime Video and Netflix -Playstation 4 game console including games and two wireless controllers - IPAD table for navigation and consultation -Double bed (160x195) equipped with slatted bases with motorized and remote controlled mechanism -Mattresses and memory foam pillows - Shower column with hydromassage and waterfall -Complete set of towels with knob, bathrobe and disposable slippers -Equipment of shower gel, shampoo, body cream, vanity set and salts for scrubs mixed with essential oils and spices.
What we want to convey to Pop Luxury goes beyond the conventional concept of hospitality, as it has been structured to allow those who will stay there, to live an artistic experience in close contact with works of art, design and modern antiques , combined with high standards of quality and comfort. The main space boasts the display of an original screenprint by the artist Mimmo Rotella "Let's make love" (copy number P.A). Here, there are also the ceramic tiles "Profili", "Alta Fidelity", "Mano", "Egocentrismo", branded Piero Fornasetti. To overwhelm the space with its timeless and subversive red, shows the iconic "Olivetti Valentine" born in 1968 from the project of Ettore Sottsass and Perry A. King. In order for guests to enjoy comfort and warmth equal to that of their home, a modern and well-equipped kitchen allows you to have meals or create dishes alone or as a couple. The bathroom space is surprising, completely made of natural stone and fir wood, where the guest can regenerate with a waterfall shower with vertical hydromassage.
The neighborhood is served by metro line 1 (red), line 5 (lilac) and some surface lines including buses 98, 49, 63 and 80. The closest and most functional subway stop to reach the apartment is Gambara, on line 1, 10 minutes away on foot. Alternatively, you can get off at Bande Nere, the next stop and take three bus stops on line 98, which stop in front of the house. The location is also strategic for reaching various points of interest: - the San Siro stadium and the Hippodrome are easily reachable both in 10 minutes on foot, and by taking 5 bus stops (line 49) -The Last Supper 3 km away and reachable in 4 subway stops -Piazza Duomo 3.7 km away and reachable in 8 subway stops -the exhibition center of RHO FIERA MILANO can be reached in 8 stops - Milano City fair reachable in 15 minutes on foot -the district of via Marghera, a district known for its nightlife The San Siro district is not subject to the payment of the ZTL, therefore it can be easily reached by car, in any time slot and weekly day.
