The location of this hotel is perfect! Situated right in the heart of Venice, you can surely maximize your stay when in this hotel because most attractions are within walking distance. Spacious rooms and bathrooms that make your stay even more comfortable. The view from our room was peaceful, too.

Immaculately clean, very friendly staff. Good value for a room with a view in Venice though the window is on the small side. Very pet friendly-- they don't charge extra or ask for a deposit if you want to stay with your dog, and the location is near several gardens for your dog to enjoy a walk. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

it’s in a quiet location but still near to all the sights, easy check in/out, very clean throughout, room cleaned daily, lovely owner who makes you feel comfortable and knowledgable, lovely breakfast tray replenished daily, orange juice, cereal, toast, and a lovely bottle of bubble left one day upon our return which was made even more special as I was celebrating my 50th birthday, comfortable bed and room and a gift of some local biscuits upon leaving, all much appreciated and made our stay even more special
