The terraced house has an apartment on the first floor, with a bedroom with double bed, a room with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning; the kitchen and fully equipped, with access to the covered veranda; the bathroom with bathtub and large terrace. On the ground floor is available the Studio-Room, bright and large about 25 square meters, equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, relaxation area with sofa and desk, private terrace with table and chairs, minibar, TV and coffee machine. The private bathroom is adjacent to the room and equipped with shower, sink, washing machine, toilet and shower bidet. Subject to availability, you can use the full kitchen and the back garden: ask for information after booking. Free Wi-Fi, free public parking in front of the structure, mosquito nets and water reserve. A cot and high chair are available upon request, subject to availability and at no additional cost. In the entrance garden you can park (on request, subject to availability and without additional costs) up to a maximum of 3 bikes. The rates also include linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, tourist tax and final cleaning.
