The double beds have dimensions of 180x190cm The apartment is located in a lakeside village just 6km from the famous Bellagio. Like most of the properties located in the hamlets and villages of the lake, it cannot be reached by car but only and exclusively on foot via two roads: one not far from the private parking, visible from the apartment, but consisting of a road with steps to go up to the upper fraction and then you will have to go up the stairs to the third floor, the other longer, reachable from the public parking, completely flat up to the house and then you will have to climb the steps to the third floor. The elevated position provides tranquility from the chaotic chaos of summer traffic and above all privacy and relaxation

The building has a free shared laundry located on the ground floor, equipped and available to the various guests. We also offer wifi and sockets with USB and USB-C connection to conveniently connect cell phones and PCs without using adapters. Nearby there are three restaurants, a minimarket, an ice cream shop, three bars, a bus stop, private boat rental, all reachable in maximum 10 minutes on foot
