Very comfortable residence situated in a strategic position because it easily reached in just eight minutes on foot from the main station from Piazzale Roma if you arrive by car. If you arrive by plane by taking advantage of the Alilaguna boat service that stops right near the residence you are comfortable (boarding of the Spires Bridge). Also it is very convenient for people with disabilities or people who have problems anyway engines as it is the only area of Venice where you only have a bridge that of Spires with ramp without steps is also convenient to transport suitcases. The speedboats lines 41-42 and 51-52, connecting you to any point of the city. supermarkets shops bars and restaurants are plenty nearby as the cannaregio area where the property is situated is the most exciting area inhabited and characteristic of Venice.
