Immersed in the total relaxation of a "Central" suburb from which you can reach every single point with extreme ease. Equipped with all the comforts and all the necessary things that will help you not to think about anything ... completely renovated a few months ago ... both in the masonry and in the furnishings ... all new .... autonomous ... private parking in front of the rear entrance... A very comfortable outdoor space will allow you to enjoy total relaxation, the garden is equipped with an electric curtain that almost completely covers the space to ensure total privacy. A very convenient parking space will allow you to have your vehicle, be it a car, motorbike, scooter, etc. in complete safety and comfort, being adjacent to the second independent entrance of the structure. The interior spaces are very comfortable and completely renovated, bright and comfortable especially for families or young couples. We will certainly find a comfortable and serene solution.
We are a young couple who have always loved company.. the thought of being able to meet new and particular people has always thrilled us, so we decided to throw ourselves into this experience. After several years of knowledge of the sector we will try to give moments of pure relaxation and pure vacation.. you choose what to do and we will advise you on what to really see in and around Palermo.
Neighborhood once fishermen's houses ... today in step with the times .... served by every service from the starred restaurant to the wine bar where you can enjoy splendid aperitifs, excellent pizzerias and excellent bars with infinite tastes and colors. The apartment is developed in the outermost part of the town, guaranteeing silence and relaxation at all levels ... but also close to all the attractions of the place ... it is just a few minutes from the city and from enchanting beaches served by all kinds of service... Not far from the structure there is an equestrian center with a swimming pool and a top level pizzeria, tennis courts with relative services, there are countless possibilities for recreation... If you love nature, splendid landscapes will make you fall in love and long walks will regenerate you.. Like any urban district, it is served by public transport which will quickly take you to the central hubs for your tourist walks towards the historic center or towards other destinations. in short, just choose what to do and here you will surely find what you want ... in case we are here to advise you.
