This is a little 2-storey house in Cannaregio, about a 15-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. There are 4 or 5 small bridges to go over to get there, depending on the route you take. We picked the keys up from a hotel nearby. The house is well-designed and quiet. You must be in decent shape to go up and down the stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor. There is no outdoor space but the windows face a courtyard/greenspace. The water pressure and temperature in the bath/shower were great and the air conditioners were functional - it was unseasonably hot and humid during our visit.
