Situated on the main shopping street in Pisa. The hotel was small and quaint, ideal for a short break. Staff friendly and a good selection to choose from for breakfast. Bathroom was exceptionally large , there is a bit of smell but given the building, no big issue. Room was full of antiques and if you are looking for authentic Italian experience this is it. Breakfast again was superb and totally surprised us with quality and variety. Due to location it is noisy outside but that provides experience immersing yourself in Italian city living. By the way, shopping is just outside the door, and on Sunday evening the street is totally packed with tourists and locals alike

We found out the hard way why there were earplugs sitting on the nightstand. The shower was difficult: very little hot water and too easily gone.

Can be very noisy at night because of the shouting tourists outside.
Amazing location in the heart of Pisa. Just 10 min walk from train station, and another 10 min walk from famous Pisa Tower. Hotel is located at the very busy shopping street with lots of shops and cafeterias. Rooms look really nice and posh. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The noise outside the room into the early hours of the morning disrupted our night immensely. A group of people decided to stand in the small street just outside and talk very loudly for hours. They eventually got so loud that they really did feel like they were in the room with us. When told to go away and be quiet, they said OK but remained and continued talking slightly less loudly. Eventually when they left, other groups would wander past and congregate there for a while. Not what we needed on a night before a morning flight. Other than the noise the whirlpool bath took an exceedingly long time to fill, well over an hour to reach just above the water jets.
The location was very good, the room size was decent, the bath was very relaxing and the staff for the most part were polite and helpful.

The pillows were terrible. The floors need a deep steam clean, the tiles and carpets were very stained.

It was very hard to get a hot shower. We had a leek in our bathroom. We had a massive problem changing our dates in the hotel. The two members of staff who were dealing with our query were extremely rude and unhelpfull. They hung up the phone on my boyfrie d in mid conversation twice. Breakfast was average.
