BulgariaThe location was great, 20m walking to the biggest stations in Firenze - Santa Maria Novella and walking to Campo di Marte. You can get to any place that you want to visit by walking. It was a clean room with high ceiling, the bed was comfortable.The room was cleaned every day. The host gave us a city map and showed us all the places that we can visit and some info about them.
North MacedoniaMina, the manager was very kind and helpful. She accommodated our late arrival and she went above and beyond to help us book a cab at 4 AM on New Year’s Day. Our room was very spacious and had tall ceilings, we had a full desk and a full closet. Rooms are cleaned daily. We had a room key but the building is keyless entry. Breakfast was delicious - assorted pastries, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh coffee, and more. There were even to-go options for breakfast. The location is excellent. It is on a quiet street, but still close to main attractions. The Accademia Gallery is 10 minutes away and Piazza della Signora is 20 minutes away by foot. There are also great restaurants a block away.

United States of AmericaThis place was fantastic and one of our favourite stays in our 2+ months of travelling. It was clean, the room was large and comfortable, and the building was very quiet. The breakfast was great with lots of options and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. The building was very well located, approximately 5 minutes to the city centre. It is a bit farther from the main transportation hubs - 10-15 minutes from a tram stop and 15-20 minutes to the train station, but there is a bus stop around the corner and the location to the centre is very convenient.
