I read all the amazing reviews before coming here and my expectations were high. Let me tell you: this place is a DREAM. Literally a piece of heaven in Tuscany. Everything was extremely clean, so much attention to details, the breakfast was delicious, the dinner prepared by Mario was one of the best I ever had. I loved the open space in the kitchen, the fact that you can see them cooking: it makes you feel so cozy, as if you are home. The rooms were so wonderful and I loved all their beautiful pets. This is tourism done RIGHT. I will be back!

Beautiful place and super nice hosts. We loved tasty breakfast with great choice and enjoyed memorable dinners at the site - both Tuscan and Pizza party. Highly recommended. Also great place for visitors with doggies. Very convenient location for sightseeing Tuscany and Umbria.

We fell in love with this place owned by super hosts, Carine and Mario. They are so welcoming and passionate about what they are doing. The property is amazing: spectacular views, beautiful pool, garden and other area, comfortable apartments, decorated with taste and attention to every detail. We much enjoyed jakuzzi with amazing view to the valley. And then comes the food - exceptional breakfast and dinners full of Tuscany tastes, prepared with love by Mario. Beautiful villa in the hills of Tuscany. The owners, Mario and Carine, were exceptionally kind and hospitable. The food was amazing—the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Wow i don't know from where to start, this place is absolutely heaven on earth the prettiest place i been so far, gorgeous view and very relaxing, the rooms are great we got upgraded because when we arrived they just open the place for hosting after the winter season and it was only us and anthor couple. It was so fun and quiet there is always option to take wine from them there is a little shop that available always. The hosts were absolutely great and lovely always welcoming and nice with a smile felt like a family. There is a jacoozi, take note its use for extra charge but totally worth it with the best view ever. For couple its - 10 uro And bathroobs - 10 for preson And the lovely pets are around is so sweet and welcoming adding the best picture in the world of the best love i got there, fell in love at once for Betty boop 😊
