I was born in Rome 36 years ago and I’ve always lived here. Over the years, I have learned to know all the aspects and characteristics of my city, the strengths and weaknesses. Rome is a unique place in the world, so I never thought of leaving it to go and live elsewhere, as many young people have done here. The secret of my being Roman is my bicycle, thanks to which I can move easily without suffering traffic. When I arrive here in Via Rasella, I leave my bike and I move on foot, as well as I recommend to all those who stay in our apartments suites.

Since 1990 we are the owners of the entire building located at number 47 of Via Rasella. On that occasion, huge works were carried out to transform what was a hotel into 8 comfortable apartments suites. Our idea was to create small wedding favors nest for those who wanted to enjoy the wonders of the "Eternal City", moving only on foot. "Via Rasella" is, in fact ,located exactly 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain, 200 from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, 200 from Via del Corso, 200 from Via Veneto, 200 from the Quirinale, 200 from the Parliament. This is how our apartments are born, whose ceilings with exposed wooden beams remain the most characteristic aspect. Even today, after numerous and very recent renovations, it gives a lot of satisfaction to touch the pleasure and wonder of those who enter our homes even just for a weekend. Each apartment has a readily stigated kitchen. So, for example, you can shop at the Market of Campo de Fiori and then cook your dinner, like a real Roman. Finally, to keep up with the times, we have equipped the houses with LED TV with satellite decoder and Wi-Fi.

Around here there are many sites that make our city unique in the world. Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps with its Spanish Steps are a minute’s walk away, as are Via Condotti, Via del Corso, the Quirinale, Piazza Barberini and Villa Borghese. For those who want to use the subway, the stations of Barberini and Spain are located a few meters from our door. Whether you are a fan of art or shopping, from here you will have everything at your disposal!
