The area is a good area to base yourself to see lots of lesser tourist attractions that are in the big smoke of the city area. There are lots of places like Montelupo which is famous for ceramics and the beautiful town of Vinci to visit. A drive across the hills provides great views from up high.

Very unique place to stay.

Sweet little old medieval city with lots of charm.
Sweet little old medieval city with lots of charm. Commune should boost tourism budget of the city It will do the city a lot especially during Easter and summer season. Coordinate with Pisa airport and put up flyers to publicised the city. Low cost airlines like Norwegian airlines are flying to Pisa from spring to summer. So it’s a good time to put Signa in the map of tourism industry.

They allowed us to drop off our bags and then drove us to a restaurant that was open and had amazing pizza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was picture perfect. I could tell a lot of effort went into decorating. The tower is so unique and was very impressive. They are the nicest people! My friend and I could not have had a better experience.

Our host, Irene, was the most welcoming and warm person, so it was a pleasure. We hope that the next time we see each other the printer will still be working! Overall, we spent an amazing time and have left with great memories in our hearts.
