“We’ve had a bunch of problems on our way to the hotel that caused us arrive super late (well after midnight). The checkin is scheduled until 10 pm, but the receptionist lady, Illaria (I hope I’m spelling that right), she was exceptionally nice, smiling and helpful. When we couldnt find the apartment (because it’s not where Google shows on its map), she came by foot to pick us up. Her manager was up and checking on her until that time as well. We werent aware of the late checkin fee but I’m guessing that is pretty standard so that was fine. In the morning, that lady helped us find our way as well. Well, we were also late to the breakfast, so we got ourselves only a few things that were left because the kitchen was out, but at least we were offered coffee. Awesome staff in short. Room was good size and quite clean too. We spent only one night and mostly sleeping, so we didnt see much of the property otherwise.”

“Quiet, comfortable accommodation, nested in a protected area, yet close to metro station and attraction sites. We booked a room with a spa/sauna which also had a patio. It was nice to relax in the spa after the sight seeing. The staff was very welcoming and kindly provided us with gluten and dairy free breakfast.”

“The hotel is housed in a beautiful Palazzo that miraculously survived the 80’s urban planning around it in abandonment, and has since been restored to its full beauty. The interior design is bold and yet respectful with the venue’s essence, warm and welcoming to the guest. Every room is unique in a very appealing way, from what we could see. The space, the lighting and furniture blend harmoniously. Breakfast is very good, despite the pandemic. The staff really go out of their way and walk the extra mile to make you feel at home. If you don’t insist in staying at a central location, but rather value a pleasant neighborhood and tranquility, this is your place. Start your days slow and don’t make plans too early. Don’t pack your days too much and take advantage of the nearby restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Ideal for a stay of at least 3 days, you’ll have a wonderful vacation.”
