we’ve stayed in many apartments while on vacation in Italy and Greece, but this place goes WAY above and beyond in catering to every wish of their guests. The facilities were amazingly complete, well stocked, functional, staff was friendly, helpful, available, easy to communicate with (in multiple languages and platforms), extra stuff like bicycles, beach stuff for guests to use at no extra charge. Grounds are beautiful and garden like and well manicured, this place shows pride of ownership and management that cares about guests enjoyment of their stay

We booked a one bedroom apartment and asked for an early check-in. We were given a two bedroomed apartment and the owner Ivan organised a taxi for us and an early check in. It was nice being able to sit on the terrace and be next to the garden, have a glass of wine and just enjoy. The owner, Ivan communicated via WhatsApp and that went really well, he shared tips on where to go etc, he made sure to show us where to get the bus to the airport too, as google maps failed us on this point. He also checked to make sure we new how to work the heating, as we had some cold weather one day. All in all he went above and beyond to make our stay a success.

Location is good. You can easily find a place to park your car. The best is the service. Ivan sent me in advance a list with recommended places near the hotel (restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, etc.). The communication by WhatsApp worked perfectly. This apartment can fit up to 6 people. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a nice balcony. 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. As in all places in Sardinia, you have to separate the trash and take it out in the right day of the week. You have to take one stair to get to the apartment.

location perfect you could walk down to the beautiful beach or use the bicycles provided . Our apartment had 2 balconies and was spotless . The hosts Ivan and Marie were amazing what ever we asked for, nothing was a problem . Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay

Cozy and decent apartment in well maintained building (with several other holiday apartments). The courtyard was equally well maintained and very much enjoyed. The big shower with grippy floor are much appreciated.
